PO Rivera pushed [redacted] into the vehicle behind him (Allegations E: Force). Police Officer Christina Moncion of the 52nd Precinct then unholstered her taser and told [redacted] that she would \"Tase him in the fucking head\" (Allegation F: Discourtesy; Allegation G: Abuse of Authority).\n\nAt the 52nd Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] requested medical attention from PO Moncion and she did not provide it to him (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority). At approximately 2:40 a.m., [redacted] allegedly requested medical attention from Police Officer Patrick Sayegh of the 52nd Precinct and PO Sayegh failed to provide it to him (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority).\n\nAt approximately 5:36 a.m., Police Officer Mohamed Beggad and Police Officer Jared Santiago, both of the 52nd Precinct, transported [redacted] from the 52nd to the 43rd Precinct.
