[redacted] pepper sprayed PO Benishai in the face and PO Benishai said, \"Fuck\" and, \"Fucking\" approximately 30 times (Allegation C: Discourtesy). An officer allegedly stated, \"What the fuck is that?\" (Allegation D: Discourtesy).\n\nPO Li and PO Incorvaia pulled [redacted] out of the vehicle and attempted to handcuffed her as she was on the ground (Allegations E and F: Force). PO Incorvaia told [redacted] \"Give us your fucking arms\" (Allegation G: Discourtesy). PO Anzalone assisted Sgt. Cassara with handcuffing [redacted] and while doing so he stated, \"Motherfucker\" (Allegation H: Discourtesy). Once [redacted] was in handcuffs, the officers lifted her to her feet as PO Anzalone stated, \"Get the fuck up you fucking animal...fuck\" (Allegations I: Discourtesy).
