The officers called for a supervisor, and Sergeant Sesame James, of the 103rd Precinct, arrived on scene. The officers conducted an investigation, where they determined that it was illegal for [redacted] to refuse service without cause. [redacted] continuously refused to notarize the customer's document and, as per the customer's request, PO Marrero completed a harassment report against [redacted]. Prior to leaving the store, [redacted] allegedly requested PO Marrero and PO Schultz's names while they were within earshot of the request.
