Roy Kim and members of the 34th Precinct responded to the location as backup. Sgt. Kim told [redacted] that if she did not exit the apartment that he would break the door down (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). [redacted] opened the door and Sgt. Kim and PO Polanco-Brito entered the apartment and arrested [redacted] (Allegations C and D – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). After [redacted] was in custody, Sgt. Kim ordered officers to kick open a locked door to look for [redacted] who was wanted on an I-Card (Allegations E and F – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
