Sgt. Hui also stopped [redacted], [redacted]'s friend who was nearby (Allegations C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nAs Sgt. Hui walked towards [redacted], he removed his taser from its holster and allegedly pointed it at [redacted] and indicated he would use it on him while using profanity (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] & Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Sgt. Hui frisked [redacted] and allegedly searched his pocket (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] & Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nAt the same time, Sgt. Farrell was speaking with [redacted] who at one point attempted to leave the area. Sgt. Farrell and Sgt. Hui subsequently wrestled with [redacted] and brought him to the ground (Allegations H & I: Force, [redacted]). Sgt. Farrell and Sgt. Hui handcuffed [redacted] and called additional units for assistance.\n\nOther officers, including Police Officer James Fowler and Police Officer Evrett Kerr of the 73rd Precinct, arrived. PO Fowler and other officers transported [redacted] to the 73rd Precinct where PO Fowler allegedly ignored [redacted]'s request for medical attention (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Fowler allegedly beat him with his radio during this transport (Allegation K: Force, [redacted]).\n\nAt the 73rd Precinct stationhouse, Sgt.
