At about 1:35 a.m. on September 6th, four unmarked vehicles travelling in a caravan stopped alongside the party. Approximately twelve members of service, including a male wearing a white shirt - believed to be Lt. Brovakos of the 71st Precinct -- exited the vehicles and approached the partygoers.
