Sergeant Joanna Barletta, Police Officer Volkan Maden and Police Officer Piotr Trusewicz of the 90th Precinct drove past the store in an unmarked vehicle. The officers exited the vehicle and PO Maden and PO Trusewicz approached [redacted]. PO Maden instructed [redacted] to present his identification (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Maden then grabbed and placed [redacted] in handcuffs (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] argued with the officers about why they stopped [redacted]. SGT Barletta unholstered her Taser and pointed it at [redacted] and said, \"Get the fuck back, or you will get Tased\" (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]) (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). SGT Barletta then pointed her Taser at [redacted] and said, \"Step the fuck back or you will get Tased.\" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]) (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
