Police Officer Ponce issued summonses to [redacted] and he confiscated [redacted]'s moped (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority-Seizure of Property, [redacted]). While transporting [redacted]'s moped back to the 90th Precinct stationhouse, Police Officer Ponce crashed the moped and damaged the vehicle (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority-Property Damage, [redacted]).
