Later that day at approximately 8 PM, while off-duty, PO Gargiulo picked up [redacted] in his personal vehicle and they went to eat at Roll N Roaster located at 2901 Emmons Ave in Brooklyn (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
