PO Morales threatened to damage the property of an unidentified individual (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nOn December 4th, 2021, officers from the 62nd Precinct responded to [redacted] at approximately 9:59a.m., in response to 911 calls regarding a dispute between [redacted] and [redacted] Officers entered and searched the apartment (Allegation E-H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
