PO Abdelfattah said, \"Shit\" several times while speaking with [redacted] (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Melo asked [redacted] if he could lift up a jacket in the backseat, which [redacted] did (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Sandres ran [redacted] name and found that he had an active warrant from Ramapo Police Department. The officers arrested [redacted] on the warrant and, as PO Sandres was putting him into a police vehicle, he said, “Get inside the car or I'm gonna throw you inside the car” (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
