PO Defrancesco told [redacted] that if the officers had to come back to the location, then everybody was going to jail (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). EMS arrived at the apartment. [redacted] and [redacted] agreed to separate from each other and the officers and the EMTs left. While PO Defrancesco and PO Sejdaras were sitting in their vehicle outside, [redacted] approached them and told them that she did not feel safe with [redacted] and he would not leave her alone.
