Within seconds, Detective Thomas Napolitano, assigned to the Joint Robbery Task Force, who was also off duty, drove up to where [redacted] and [redacted] were. Detective Napolitano exited his vehicle while holding a gun. Detective Napolitano then pointed the gun at [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, unable to determine) and told [redacted] that he knew the group was going to rob Detective Dionisi. Detective Napolitano and [redacted] engaged in a verbal argument, during which Detective Napolitano threatened [redacted] and said, \"Well come on then, bring it on,\" (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, unable to determine).
