The officers handcuffed [redacted] PO Araujopassos told [redacted] to \"shut the fuck up,\" (Allegation I: Discourtesy, Substantiated). [redacted] was arrested for assault.\n\n[redacted]\n\nThe investigation found that PO Araujopassos provided a false official statement to the CCRB on April 13, 2023 (Allegation L: Untruthful Statement, Substantiated).\n\nThe investigation obtained a partially redacted case file from Patrol Borough Bronx Investigations Unit (PBBX-IU) who also investigated this case (Board Review 02). PBBX-IU substantiated one allegation of physical force and one allegation of \"use of a prohibited act\" against PO Araujopassos.
