Moments later, PO Semioli informed [redacted] that there was an open warrant for him and placed [redacted] under arrest. PO Perfetto asked [redacted] to step out of the car, retrieved her purse from the passenger's seat and then PO Perfetto frisked and searched [redacted] purse (Allegation B-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Perfetto handed [redacted] her purse and then PO Perfetto, Sergeant Haley, and PO Semioli left [redacted] at the location. PO Perfetto failed to provide [redacted] with a business card (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\n[redacted] was taken to 121 Precinct stationhouse, where the open warrant for [redacted] was determined to be a computer error and his arrest was subsequently voided.
