At some point during the vehicle stop, Police Officer Robert Semioli and Sergeant James Haley, of the 121st Precinct, arrived at the location in another unmarked vehicle.\n\nWhen Police Officer Fernandez and Police Officer Schiro returned to their vehicle, Sergeant Haley and Police Officer Semioli pulled up their unmarked vehicle beside [redacted] Is vehicle.
