Sgt. Erik Duran approached and threatened to break [redacted]'s arm (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), while Det. Markvukaj threatened to seize his vehicle (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nAt the 49th Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] requested the names and shield numbers of Det. Lustica, Det.
