Chief Chell escorted [redacted] to Police Officer Savic and Police Officer Ranieri and Police Officer Yudt of the Community Affairs Bureau, and instructed them to place [redacted] under arrest (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Savic and PO Ranieri applied handcuffs on her. The officers escorted [redacted] to the inside of a patrol vehicle and transported her to the 9th Precinct stationhouse.
