There were a large number of civilians and police officers present, including Captain Robert Gault of the 10th Precinct, Inspector John Corbisiero of Patrol Borough Manhattan South, and Detective Frank Russo and Detective Kaz Daughtry of the Chief of the Department's Office.\n\nWhen the protesters started broadcasting using a loudspeaker, officers arrested several of them.
