After Ludlow Street was closed to pedestrian traffic at the intersection of East Houston Street, several officers escorted [redacted] out of a restricted area on Ludlow Street after he refused to leave. Lopez punched [redacted] in the head several times before arresting him and removing him to the 7th Precinct stationhouse (Allegation A – Force: [redacted]).\n\nOn September 10, 2023, at approximately 12:40 AM, after the conclusion of the pop-up concert at the Sweet Chick restaurant, [redacted] stood on the sidewalk outside the restaurant. Detective Jonathan Bourne, of Criminal Intelligence Section, punched [redacted] in the face after she bumped into him from behind (Allegation B – Force: [redacted]). [redacted] followed Det.
