PO Peterson threatened to issue a summons to [redacted] (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Peterson allegedly questioned [redacted] (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. McDonald allegedly questioned [redacted] with regard to her brother, [redacted] (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. McDonald and PO Isaac Quarshie of the 79th Precinct failed to provide [redacted] with business cards (Allegations G and H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Peterson failed to provide a business card to [redacted] (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Jimenez failed to provide a business card to [redacted] (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Peterson improperly used his body-worn camera (BWC) during this incident (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
