While he was being handcuffed, PO Belkin, SGT Piscatella and Police Officer Maximo Sabala of the 63rd Precinct allegedly held [redacted] by the back of his neck, stood on his legs and twisted his left arm, which caused various injuries to [redacted] (Allegations B – D: Force, within NYPD guidelines). Once handcuffed, [redacted] was stood up and Police Officer Stanislav Yakovlev, of the 63rd Precinct, used the word \"nigga\" while speaking with [redacted] (Allegation E: Offensive Language, substantiated and Allegation F: Discourtesy, substantiated).
