She also alleged that she saw an officer jump on [redacted] neck. \n\nPO Eagan said that he did not see anyone strike [redacted] with a nightstick or jump on his neck. PO Giordano said that he did not strike [redacted] with a nightstick nor did he see anyone else do so. Sgt. Pilecki said that he did not strike [redacted] with a nightstick or step on his neck. Furthermore, he said that there was no need for the use of a nightstick.\n\n Complainant, [redacted] stated that victim, [redacted] was cursed at by a member of the service. Witness, [redacted] did not mention this allegation during her interview.\n\nPO Eagan said that he did not hear anyone curse at [redacted]. PO Giordano said that he did not hear anyone curse at [redacted]. Sgt.
