Briguglio restrained Simmons while another officer questioned Regis about what had been exchanged between them. Despite informing the officers they were waiting for an Uber and not committing any crime, Regis was forcibly grabbed by the arms, pushed against a wall, pushed to his knees, and then forced to the ground on his stomach where he was handcuffed. His phone was thrown to the ground by an officer.\n\nSimmons, who tried to check on Regis, was pushed back, handcuffed, and placed in a police car, causing her great pain. She was falsely charged with disorderly conduct, while Regis was searched and detained without probable cause or a warrant. Simmons’s summons was dismissed on December 23, 2021. Regis was not issued a stop and frisk card/report, with all searches conducted without plaintiffs' consent.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=JmYjv7xU8LrlFMomXMR_PLUS_gA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"31209","other":"17211","total":"156931"},"id":"3345","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/3345"}
