Defendant refused to loosen the tight handcuffs despite Plaintiff's multiple pleas to do so because they were causing him substantial pain and discomfort due to their excessive tightness. \n\nDefendants including Vannucci and John/Jane Doe removed Plaintiff to the 68th NYPD precinct against his will, where he was fingerprinted, photographed, searched and confined Plaintiff to a cell. Defendants signed or caused to be signed a criminal complaint against Plaintiff, in which they knowingly affirmed the truth of the fabricated allegations against Plaintiff.
