Gabriel forcibly handcuffed Plaintiff putting her under arrest, aggressively\ntwisting her arm and shoulder causing painful injuries. P.O. Gabriel also entered Plaintiff’s property without permission or consent, and without a warrant or probable cause. After she was taken to a precinct, Plaintiff’s family brought her appropriate clothing, underwear, shoes, and a jacket to the Precinct. Plaintiff was only allowed to put a bra on, and nothing else.
