Lopez took Plaintiff to the NYPD 46th Precinct where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and strip-searched, despite probable cause to make any arrest. Defendants Officers McGrisken, Oktrova, S. Lopez, Barnett, Gonzalez, Delio, Collins, To, M. Lopez, and C. Lopez initiated a criminal prosecution against Plaintiff for the robbery of Jose Ordonez, without probable cause and by arranging and conducting a tainted corporeal identification procedure, fabricating evidence, including the circumstances of Plaintiff's arrest, and suppressing exculpatory evidence, including the failure of the victim to positively identify Plaintiff.  Defendants Officers McGrisken, Oktrova, S. Lopez, Barnett, Gonzalez, Delio, Collins, To, M. Lopez, and C. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and transported to the 73rd Precinct. \nPlaintiff was processed and detained in a holding cell. While in the cell Plaintiff began to suffer from an anxiety attack. She asked for medical assistance and for something to eat and drink, but her pleas were ignored. After asking for medical attention a second time and being verbally abused by an attendant officer, Plaintiff began to vomit. Plaintiff was then transported to Brookdale Hospital via ambulance. She was treated at the hospital and then sent back to the Precinct. At arraignment Plaintiff was charged with possession of a firearm and possession of marijuana. After 13 hours in NYPD custody Plaintiff was released on her own recogniznce.
