The train was travelling from Manhattan further into Brooklyn. Defendants Turton and Reyes were on the train and they approached Plaintiff and demanded to see his identification. The Defendants searched Plaintiff which yielded no evidence of guns, drugs, or contraband. The Defendants then ordered the Plaintiff to exit the train at the Franklin Avenue stop and Plaintiff complied. On the subway platform, Defendants hit Plaintiff multiple times and caused multiple serious injuries, including a broken right index finger. Defendants also maced Plaintiff multiple times. Defendants Ng, Henry, Kwan, and O'Connor arrived on the scene and Defendant Ng applied excessively tight handcuffs to the Plaintiff and arrested him. Plaintiff was then taken to Transit Bureau District 32 where he was held for several hours before being taken to Kings county Hospital for treatment. He was then taken to Kings County Central Booking where he was held for several more hours.
