The plaintiff suffered multiple injuries and was in pain while in custody and was taken to Jacobi hospital and treated while under arrest. Then after plaintiff was taken to central booking and wasn’t clear of the charges against him. Later all charges against the plaintiff were dismissed. After arraignment, plaintiff returned to court multiple times to contest the false charges.
