The officers searched Davis without authority and left him injured without arresting him. Defendant Officer Schumacher was joined by Defendant NYPD Detective Teanesha Jackson who was also assigned to NYPD CRT. Defendant Jackson placed her body weight on Plaintiff's back and chest and assisted Defendant Schumacher in twisting the Plaintiff's arms behind his back, causing more pain to Plaintiff's injuries. Another CRT member, believed to be Defendant NYPD Detective Alex Mills further assisted the other Defendants by placing additional weight on these Defendants. Defendants proceeded to search Plaintiff's person and property without justification or cause, and left him injured without arresting him. An officer wearing a bullet proof NYPD vest knocked on a window of Plaintiff's car and then used a tool to break the passenger side front window.  Glass from the window struck Plaintiff in the eye.  A uniformed officer next to the other officer drew his gun and pointed it at the Plaintiff. Another officer opened the car door and pulled Plaintiff out of the car whereupon Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested.  The officers who undertook these acts included Officers Gregory Trimarchi and William Schumacher. \nThe Officers did not have cause to undertake these actions, which included the use of excessive force and assault upon the Plaintiff.  Plaintiff was then forcibly taken to a nearby precinct where he was detained. He was then falsely charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree and Resisting Arrest.  Plaintiff was arraigned on November 22 and ROR'd. Prior to subject incident, defendant officers Schumacher, Hayward and others accosted a non-party, Williams for trespassing, within the building. Officers took Williams to the front door of the subject premises, and asked her to knock on the door so they could forcibly gain entry into the apartment to conduct an illegal and warrantless search. Plaintiff was woken up by one of her sons and found police on the outside of her door. She would not open the door without a warrant which the officers did not have. Officers pounded on the door and upset the plaintiff's grandkids. Officers said they would gain entry by having EMS respond to a false request for medical emergency. EMS arrived and with the officers attempted to gain entry. Plaintiff was on the phone with the Civilian Complaint Review Board. EMS and the officers gained entry into the apartment and assaulted plaintiff and sons and ordered plaintiff out into the hallway. Plaintiff was brought out to an ambulance and as she was having an anxiety attack, then taken to Brookdale Hospital. Officers searched plaintiff's premises, damaging her belongings, and found nothing illegal. Returning from the hospital, plaintiff was denied entry into her apartment, as she was told it was under \"investigation\". Plaintiff remained outside her apartment until officers allowed her back in later that morning.
