Additionally a great deal of pressure was placed on the plaintiff's back and head and neck. \n\nPlaintiff was arrested and put in handcuffs and taken to a precinct. Plaintiff began to have a panic attack and when he asked if he could remove his sweater, he was told by a police officer that \"when you pass out we will call EMS\" Plaintiff believes he then briefly lost consciousness. Plaintiff later tried to tell the police officers that he was an essential worker and they insisted he was not despite the fact that he had the proper paperwork to prove he was.
