Defendants charged plaintiff with loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. Plaintiff was put in the van and transported to the 73rd precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was searched by a female officer, who looked inside her bra and pants. Plaintiff was handcuffed to a bench for four hours before she was given a DAT. Defendants commenced and continued a criminal proceeding against plaintiff. On August 30, 2010, plaintiff was released from custody. Plaintiff was required to return to Court on three occasions.
