The officers ignored her and told her to “mind your fucking business.” Detective Lahmar Sanders then instructed Detective Starlett Chisem to place Plaintiff under arrest. Officers grabbed Plaintiff, handcuffed her, and dragged her by her handcuffed hands. Plaintiff spent 24 hours in police custody, first at the hospital and then at Central Booking.
