Some male passersby began to harass the women by calling them \"hos\" and throwing up gang-related signs. Defendants Police Officer Juillet and Police Officer FNU Ponce arrived to surround the plaintiff and women. Defendant Juillet told the plaintiff to keep his mouth shut because he heard reports of the plaintiff arguing and fighting with people earlier in the day. The defendant also mentioned that he had been waiting to get the plaintiff out of Times Square and that he is not a man to mess with. Defendant Juillet asked for the plaintiff's identification and subsequently for his address. The plaintiff explained that his address was on the identification which angered the defendant and lead to the plaintiff's arrest in tight handcuffs. Shortly after, the plaintiff's girlfriend was also arrested and was called \"cheap pu**y\". The plaintiff and his girlfriend were taken to the Midtown South precinct. The plaintiff was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He was ROR. Plaintiff later accepted an ACD for his charges and they were dismissed. July 3, 2016 incident: Some break dancers attempted to pick a fight with the plaintiff and defendant Juillet along with other officers refused to assist the plaintiff. The plaintiff had to defend himself and ended up getting his head slammed into the pavement and arrested by defendant Juillet. Plaintiff was charged with assault in the third degree, aggravated harassment in the second degree, attempted assault in the third degree, and harassment in the second degree.
