The officers unlawfully handcuffed him before transporting him to the police precinct and Kings County Central Bookings. At no time did the officers inform Plaintiff of the reason for his arrest. Plaintiff was unlawfully searched while in a holding cell. The officers falsely stated to the District Attorney's Office that the Plaintiff had engaged in Criminal Trespassing. After 24 hours in unlawful custody, Plaintiff was arraigned, charged baselessly with crimes, and released.
