All charges against Plaintiff were favorably dismissed on September 27, 2018. \n\nOn or about July 1, 2017, Plaintiff, Mr. Bruce Comas, was in his mother’s home when P.O.s including Officer Pawel Lachowski, pursuant to a warrant obtained via false information offered by a confidential informant, entered into the apartment and drew a gun on him. Plaintiff was not aware of any contraband or firearm in the apartment, as the officers alleged. P.O.s including Lachowski and Sicari, committed multiple assault and batteries to Plaintiff’s person, including handcuffing him tightly and grabbing, pushing, and shoving him. Plaintiff was placed in a cell at the precinct for approximately seven days before being taken to Central Booking.
