At approximately 12:30am in the UWS, a police car overheard a comment by O'Malley that police were lazy a**ho*** always looking to harass people.  Police car made a u-turn.  An officer got out and asked \"what did you say.\"  An argument ensued. Plaintiff called 911.  Several cars showed up.  Refusing to give ID until told what law he broke, SGT BRENNAN and another officer took plaintiff to the ground, breaking his wrist in the process and scraping his knee.  Plaintiff spent 12 hours in custody until released in arraignment.  Plaintiff needed surgery on his wrist and it required a 2\" titanium screw.
