The officers asked Plaintiffs where they were coming from and Plaintiffs responded that they were coming from their house. The police officers asserted that Plaintiffs were “freaking lying” and kept questioning and yelling at them. The POs began to search Plaintiffs on the street. One Plaintiff’s wig was taken off and searched in public view. Plaintiffs were handcuffed, also in public view, and humiliated. Plaintiffs were taken to the precinct where they were finger-printed, searched again, and held for approximately two hours. Plaintiffs were given Desk Appearance Tickets before being released.
