The officers ripped open the Plaintiff's driver side door and forcefully applied a handcuff to Plaintiff's left wrist. At the same time, one officer entered Plaintiff's vehicle and struck him in the head and face with a closed fist several times. Plaintiff was arrested and removed to a precinct where his first few requests for medical attention for his injuries were denied. Plaintiff was eventually taken to a hospital where he was diagnosed with multiple injuries including a concussion. The officers falsely stated to the DA's office that Plaintiff committed multiple crimes which resulted in Plaintiff being prosecuted.
