Plaintiff fell to the ground, and officers Gonzalez and D'Ambrosio, along with several other officers, continued punching and kicking him.  He was handcuffed and taken to the 71st Precinct, where Officer D'Ambrosio began choking plaintiff while Officer Gonzalez pulled down his pants and underwear and lifted plaintiff's testicles with his hands.  Plaintiff was charged with resisting arrest and riding a bicycle on the sidewalk.  As a result of the incident, plaintiff suffered injuries to his head, left eye, back, neck, and shoulders. The plaintiff remained in the hospital for three days while handcuffed and in police custody. The plaintiff underwent surgery to repair his collapsed lung. The plaintiff also suffered injuries to his face, fracture of the nasal bone, scarring, and other bodily injuries. The defendants falsely charged plaintiff with the crime of resisting arrest and a violation of unlawful possession or marijuana. Defendant officers continued their conspiracy by preparing false documents and reports to be presented to both the Court as well as to the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.
