After the Plaintiff tried to peacefully walk through the officers, who were intentionally blocking his path, Plaintiff was rear-handcuffed and violently thrown to the ground and stepped on by Defendant Evans. The Defendants than put the Plaintiff into an ambulance and rode with him to the hospital.
