Plaintiff was unlawfully detained until his eventual release on or about October 4, 2018 at approximately 7PM. After returning to court multiple times to contest the false charged levied against him, all of Plaintiff's charged were unconditionally dismissed on February 25, 2019. \n\n\nDefendants arrested and initiated a criminal prosecution against Plaintiff not because Defendants believed Plaintiff to be guilty of any crime or violation of the law, but because of their desire to compel their true targets and suspects to plead guilty in retribution for their prior successful lawsuits against Defendants. In fact, Defendant police officers did not have arrest warrants, did not provide full and truthful facts, regarding the likely reason to stop, search and seize the Plaintiff to the District Attorney's Office, intentionally provided false or fabricated reason to stop, search, and seize the Plaintiff, that would be likely to influence the prosecutors employed by the District Attorney's Office to wrongfully prosecute the Plaintiff.
