When the train pulled into Grand Central, defendants approached plaintiff and told her to exit the train with them. Plaintiff explained she was on her way to work, and asked why she needed to get off of the train. Defendants grabbed plaintiff by her right arm and screamed \"Get off of the train.\" Plaintiff complied and exited the train. Plaintiff was arrested and handcuffed. After plaintiff was handcuffed, defendants punched her in the back and neck several times, and pushed her face and body into the wall causing a torn labrum in her left shoulder. Defendants handcuffed plaintiff excessively tight, which caused bilateral nerve damage in both of her wrists. Plaintiff told defendants the handcuffs were too tight and were hurting her but officers ignored her complaints. Plaintiff was transported to the Transit District #4 precinct. After two  hours in custody, plaintiff was given two summonses and released. When plaintiff left the precinct, she required the assistance of two pedestrians to get upstairs. The pedestrians helped plaintiff into a cab that transported her to Beth Israel Hospital, where she received medical attention for her injuries. On December 6, 2012, plaintiff appeared in Court and one of the summonses was dismissed because it was legally insufficient. On January 8, 2013, the other summons was dismissed.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=nYs1zmj/k6D4LHw5lVap/g==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"119980","regular":"115753","overtime":"49234","other":"18384","total":"183371"},"id":"3ZCK","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/3ZCK"}
