The Defendants then handcuffed Plaintiff, which eventually became too tight, slammed him against a wall again, and threatened Plaintiff with further physical assault.  Plaintiff was arrested by defendants without cause or justification. Plaintiff requested to go to the hospital at Central Bookings but was told he could not until his arresting officer was present. He did not go to a hospital until after his release.  Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were dropped in Plaintiff's favor.
