Defendants pointed guns at Plaintiff Remy, assaulted and her causing her to fall to the floor of her home, subjected her to an unreasonable search causing her robe to open exposing her nude body and refused to cover her body with robe afterwards, caused her to urinate on herself, threatened her, yelled at her, handcuffed and unlawfully imprisoned her without probable cause. Defendants points guns at Plaintiff Charles subjecting him to an unreasonable search, assaulted him battered him, pushed him on the floor of his home, threatened him, yelled at him, watched as his wife was handcuffed on the floor with her robe open and as Defendants refused to cover it; and unlawfully imprisoned him without probable cause. Plaintiffs were unlawfully detained and handcuffed for approximately 45 minutes.
