He then required medical emergency room treatment where he was taken by an ambulance. Plaintiff Ashley Martinez was subsequently falsely and violently arrested without a warrant or probable cause and held at the precinct without access to a working bathroom for 5-6 hours. She was falsely charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree despite the Defendant Officers knowledge that she had not committed this offense.
