Thereafter, Plaintiff was placed in a police vehicle and transported against his will to a 76th NYPD Precinct where Plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, searched or strip-searched and questioned. Defendants signed a criminal court complaint to the District Attorney’s Office, in which they knowingly fabricated allegations against Plaintiff. Two days later, on October 14, 2016, at approximately 6:00 a.m., the defendants forcefully entered the apartment, breaking the front door. The defendants were searching for an individual named \"L. Dupree,\" whom they believed had sold drugs from the apartment on three separate occasions before the plaintiff moved in. However, \"L. Dupree\" no longer lived in the apartment, and the plaintiff had no knowledge of this person.\n\nUpon entering the apartment, the defendants immediately handcuffed and falsely arrested the plaintiff, searching both him and the apartment without finding any illegal substances.
