Plaintiff was then approached and was assaulted and battered by police officer Robert Williams and unidentified police officers (John Does). The assault and battery consisted of grabbing and throwing the plaintiff to the ground and forcefully placing the plaintiff in handcuffs. Plaintiff had to go to the hospital for his injuries to be treated. \n\nPlaintiff was then taken into custody at the Police Service Area (PSA) 1 Precinct where he was held in a holding cell until 12:00 AM on June 18, 2019. The following day, the plaintiff was taken to Kings County Central Booking where he was scheduled to be arraigned.
