As the Plaintiff was not aware from whom this yelling emanated, nor at whom it was directed, she continued using the coin machine. Defendant Officer Chu then grabbed the Plaintiff's arm, twisted it into a painful position and causing her to suffer serious and debilitating injuries to her right wrist. Defendant Officer Chu screamed obscenities at the Plaintiff from a close proximity, threatening to beat her up.
