Plaintiff was sent to a hospital and after to a precint where they were photographed, fingerprinted, strip searched and subject to a cavity inspection. Plaintiff was taken to central booking where they were unlawfully detained and subject to strip searched and invasive searches. Defenants falsely and malicioulsy prosecuted plaintiff knowingly affiriming false allegations. Plaitiff was vindicated on February 27, 2020, and all charges were dismissed.
